    Blockchain BPO began with our own businesses. We needed reliable back-office help and found the usual choices lacking: shared agents, little control and nobody accountable in the US.

  2. We built it the hard way

    So we did it ourselves. We hired internationally, set up foreign companies, worked through local employment law and learned how to run a team across time zones.

  3. We opened it to others

    Once our own teams were thriving, we saw how many businesses faced the same obstacles. We turned what we learned into a service, so you get the results without the years of trial and error.

Sunil founded Blockchain BPO after building offshore operations for his own businesses, from international hiring to setting up companies abroad. He leads the company with one simple aim: give every client the kind of team he wished he could have hired from day one.
